Just came back from a personal trip to Shanghai a few weeks ago. Finally got a chance to visit The Commune Social, a Tapas, Dessert and Cocktail bar located on Jiang Ning Road of Jing An District. It is designed by the renowned Neri & Hu Design & Research Office, one of my personal favorite. It’s minimalist industrial design, mixed with fine commercial branding elements. A very cozy place with sufficient ambient lighting, which reminds of Brink Lane of East London.
