While keeping 3 bedrooms for all family members, slight layout modifications are made to fulfill her needs. The foyer area is partially carved into the kitchen to make room for a concealed shoe cabinet at the entrance. The master suite is enlarged to create space for more storage and a study area. The master bathroom can now fit a shower and a bathtub. All without giving up too much space in the adjacent boy’s bedroom and girl’s bedroom.
