When it comes to designing a family home, Scandinavian inspiration is always a good choice for its balance of comfort and aesthetic value. This is a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and a separate study for a family of 4. Taking cues from those stylish French cafes, the kitchen and open bench dining area are connected for a casual dining experience, highlighted by the all-time classic TOLIX chairs. The wall behind the living room was pushed back to allow more space for family gatherings, and in the process, an adjacent “Play House” for the kids was created based on the “House in House” concept. Pastel colors and walnut veneer furniture were used throughout to give it a natural and comfortable look and feel. With specially selected artworks from around the world, this home is sure to be filled with love and joy for years to come.
